Michael did a very thorough and great job cleaning our chimney. He also gave us some great advice on safely and successfully starting a fire. He noted that we could benefit from a new glue cap and damper- it would keep the house warmer and would be easier to open and close it with a pull cord. He was able to order one-and accommodated us by coming on the weekend for both of the service we needed. He is an honest hardworking guy and we were very pleased with the work. He also repaired the glass on the shutters in front of the fireplace for no charge. Would definitely recommend Americas Chimney Sweep. ~ Cesar T

So happy that I called Michael to help me with my dryer vent. Normally I like to clean my own vents but this one is tricky to get to as it is listed up near the roof of my house, so I decided to call for some help. Michael arrived on time with a great attitude, got me fixed up in no time and even helped me to re-tape my ducts which had been taped up with duct tape which is not meant to handle the heat of a dryer vent. If you are looking for a good chimney service, this is the best you could find. Michael is so nice to chat with regarding the repairs. He is prompt and communicated with me on every step. America’s Chimney Sweep did an excellent job. I told Michael we found a dead bird when we first opened the fireplace after summer, and he checked everything thoroughly. I usually clean my own chimney with sub-par gear but I met Michael and thought it was time for a professional since getting on the roof each fall at my age is getting old.
